Local kayak club Integrate Paddling held a beginners training session outside the ASLSC club hut on Thursday. The session covered everything from basic forward propulsion, paddling technique, maneuvering to getting in and out of your kayak whilst looking cool.

Fun was had by all despite the surf getting in the way. In fact one or two people had so much fun they forgot they where in the North Sea.

Integrate Paddling is a young, lively kayak club that offers sea kayaking, river racing and equipment to anyone interested of any ability.
