		<title>Success at the Zapcat Celtic Cup</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Aberdeen Surf Life Saving Club member Paul Sargent competed in the first Zapcat Celtic Cup with our sponsor, Marin Subsea&#8217;s team Scottish Highlanders &#8211; Guardian of Scotland. Paul&#8217;s team managed a very respectable 13th despite this being his first competition.

		<title>Mark Bragg survived the 50th Annual Liffy Decent International kayak marathon in Dublin this weekend</title>

		<description><![CDATA[Local kayak club Integrate Paddling held a beginners training session outside the ASLSC club hut on Thursday. The session covered everything from basic forward propulsion, paddling technique, maneuvering to getting in and out of you kayak whilst looking cool.
